Getting to Kota Kinabalu
- From Brunei: a short flight from Bandar Seri Begawan, or by road through Sarawak and Sabah.
- From Indonesia: direct or one-stop flights from Jakarta, plus connections from Kalimantan cities.
- We can advise on the arrival day and help plan the trip once admission is agreed.
How admission works
- A confidential WhatsApp, call or email — in English or Malay.
- A free remote assessment by video or phone.
- An honest recommendation — or a referral elsewhere if we are not the right fit.
- Travel planning and arrival at the villa.
- Aftercare and remote coaching once your loved one returns home.
Before travelling
Bring a valid passport and check Malaysia's current entry rules for your nationality before booking. Bring any current prescriptions with a doctor's letter. We will talk through everything else during the assessment.
Why families choose Eden
Our coaches and professionals have walked the same path — many are in recovery themselves. We treat the whole person with a Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual approach, keep stays small and private, and welcome family into the healing. Personal information is handled in line with Malaysia's PDPA 2010 and GDPR.
Start with a free, confidential assessment
We can do it remotely, before anyone travels. No pressure, no commitment.
