Our Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual approach treats the whole person — body, mind, relationships and spirit — through the 12-Step framework, CBT, one-to-one coaching and structured daily living.

Physical stabilisation, healthy nutrition, exercise, sleep, medical assessment and daily routines that support the body’s recovery.

CBT, motivational interviewing, individual counselling, group therapy, emotional regulation and relapse-prevention therapy.

Rebuilding communication, boundaries, family relationships, social skills, accountability and a supportive recovery network.

12-Step principles, mindfulness, meditation and reflection on meaning, purpose, values and gratitude — respecting each resident’s beliefs.

Recovery Coach
Walk alongside residents as they rebuild their lives. You will provide round-the-clock support, guide daily routines, and be a steady presence through the ups and downs of early recovery.
- Experienced coaches and fresh candidates both welcome
